Responsibilities

Qualification - Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate

Exp - 5 - 8 years

Overall experience of 5-8years. Minimum 3 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloud HCM

● Must have worked in at least 2 to 3 modules from the list - Global Human Resources ,Talent Management, Workforce Management, Payroll

● The candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues

● Must have at least 2 full projects experience, through go live. Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
