We extend our values of care and working together beyond the boundaries of our business to create positive impact for society and the environment. Through community action, nonprofit partnerships, and the purposeful use of our passion and skills, we contribute to causes that matter. 

PwC Community Day - November 8, 2025
Community Day brought our people together across countries to serve communities with heart and purpose, stepping beyond work to create meaningful impact, strengthen connections and live our values through action, kindness and leadership.

Our reach and impact
In FY26, we delivered 36 impactful CSR projects spanning 23 states and 2 UTs, collectively benefiting around 1,62,000 individuals. These initiatives reflect our commitment to making a positive difference in communities across the country. 

Note: The data is from FY21 onwards. Volunteering hours and unique volunteer count is from FY24 to FY26 till date.

Our areas of impact
Our focus areas include Education, Environment, Health, Inclusion, and Livelihood. Together, these priorities guide our efforts to create meaningful and measurable impact. 

Education
27,784 beneficiaries (FY26)
  • Supported 219 children through inclusive education and sponsorships.
  • Provided academic and remedial learning support to 1,910 students.
  • Improved infrastructure for 200 students, reducing electricity costs by 30% and outages by 80%.
  • Digital classrooms improved results by 10% and engagement by 25%.
  • Career guidance reached 12,000 students.

Environment
72,870 beneficiaries (FY26)
  • Restored a wetland ecosystem in rural Bangalore, supporting biodiversity and local water resources.
  • Supported recycling initiatives for plastic and municipal solid waste, creating livelihoods and reducing environmental pollution.
  • Implemented solid waste management programs in Gurugram and Jorhat, improving urban waste handling, reducing landfill use and promoting sustainable waste management.

Health
6,347 beneficiaries (FY26)
  • Conducted eye screenings for 4,250 people across multiple locations.
  • Facilitated 835 cataract surgeries for identified individuals.
  • Provided 1,200 spectacles to identified individuals.
  • Supported 62 persons with disabilities (PwDs) with relevant services.

Inclusion
7,732 beneficiaries (FY26)
  • Empowered 18 para-athletes to train and compete in national and international tournaments.
  • Enabled 203 athletes from rural communities through sustained support and access to better opportunities.
  • Established 8 fully accessible STEM labs in rural areas, expanding hands-on learning opportunities for every learner.

Integrated Village Development Program (IVDP)
48,420 beneficiaries (FY26)
  • Improved access to education infrastructure and quality learning for 15,500+ children and youth.
  • Improved access to health services, sanitation facilities and health awareness for 9,600+ individuals.
  • Supported 27,820+ people from marginalized groups with greater access to education, health and livelihood services.
  • Enabled 1,000+ women through skill development and entrepreneurship support.
  • Supported community infrastructure development, benefiting 48,000+ people.

Livelihood
17,801 beneficiaries (FY26)
  • Provided skilling and placement support to 14,471 candidates, strengthening employability and job outcomes.
  • Enabled 1,000 women to build sustainable off-farm livelihoods, strengthening income security and resilience.
  • Supported 2,330 youth with disabilities through skilling and placement, alongside accessible learning to advance inclusive employment pathways.
