PwC Community Day - November 8, 2025

Community Day brought our people together across countries to serve communities with heart and purpose, stepping beyond work to create meaningful impact, strengthen connections and live our values through action, kindness and leadership.

Our reach and impact

In FY25, we are proud to announce 54 impactful CSR projects spanning 16 states, collectively benefiting around 93,000 individuals. These initiatives reflect our commitment to making a positive difference in communities across the country. 

Our areas of impact

Our focus areas include Education, Environment, Health, Inclusion, and Livelihood. Together, these priorities guide our efforts to create meaningful and measurable impact. 

Education

8,044 beneficiaries (FY24)
  • Transformed 64 schools by modernizing infrastructure and empowering teachers.
  • Established inclusive centers of learning, benefiting 162 students.
  • Organized mobile classrooms for 282 students in urban slums, promoting on-the-go learning.

Environment

43,550 beneficiaries (FY24)
  • Planted 75,600 mangroves rejuvenating the Sundarbans ecosystem.
  • Promoted eco-friendly organic farming practices, benefiting 700 farmers.
  • Constructed rainwater harvesting structures, achieving a combined storage of 5 lakh liters of water.
  • Promoted waste recycling and sustainable packaging, recycling 78,000 kg of waste in FY24.

Health

11,164 beneficiaries (FY24)
  • Essential health services and education provided to 4,449 patients in urban slums.
  • 1,446 essential vaccinations administered through targeted outreach.
  • 1,050 cataract surgeries performed, and support offered to individuals with disabilities and infected wounds.

Inclusion

4,668 beneficiaries (FY24)
  • Supported 8 para athletes with resources and opportunities to compete at the highest levels.
  • Education and employment opportunities provided for 350 individuals with disabilities.
  • Employability-focused skill training imparted to 275 LGBTQ+ individuals.

Livelihood

1,802 beneficiaries (FY24)
  • Empowered youth with skills and job opportunities, benefiting 1,440 individuals.
  • Empowered female students with employability training, and engaged 60 women from self-help groups in livelihood opportunities
  • Training extended to 84 self-help groups for establishing and growing small enterprises.
