At AC India, Inclusion goes beyond representation. It’s about removing barriers, addressing individual needs, and creating space for every voice to be heard. 
Advancing gender balance and fostering a culture where women can thrive from day one remains a priority for us. Through Women Inclusion Network and Women in Technology (WiN/WiT), we support connection, development, and long-term career progression. 
We strive to create an inclusive environment where people with disabilities feel empowered to be themselves and supported to thrive. Our Ability & Allies Network (AAN) fosters awareness of both visible and invisible disabilities while providing mentoring, networking, and development opportunities that promote inclusion in the workplace and beyond. 
An inclusive culture where LGBTQ+ individuals feel welcomed, respected, and supported is essential to a sense of belonging at AC India. Our Equal Opportunity Policy, inclusion awareness efforts, and the Shine Network for LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies help build connection and community across the firm. 
We’re committed to supporting veterans as they transition and grow in their professional careers. Our Veterans Affinity Network (VAN), established in 2024, brings together veterans and allies to foster community, share experiences, and provide access to mentorship, career development resources, and ongoing support.
