Launchpad Assesment Instructions
Please go through the guidelines below before taking your assessment to ensure a smooth experience. Also remember to take note of the guidelines mentioned in your assessment invitation email or the platform that you use.  

IMPORTANT: 
  • Take the test and complete the sections within the specified time frame and complete it in one go.
  • No extension/rescheduling of time will be allowed. 

**Anyone found involved in any malpractice will be disqualified from the process at any stage. 

Online assessment instructions  
  • Use a laptop/desktop with a functional camera and microphone. DO NOT use Mobile phone.  
  • Once a section is submitted, you cannot go back to the previous section.  
  • Use a stable internet connection and the latest version of Chrome or Firefox. 
  • Close all chat windows and programs that upload or download files in the background (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive, torrent).
  • Grant access to the camera, microphone, and share your entire screen during the test.
  • Close all applications that need camera/microphone access or screen-sharing (e.g., MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom). 

Assessment observation criteria  
  • Screen recording 
  • AI-proctored elimination round 
  • Webcam and mic recording, candidates to provide access 
  • Facial movement tracking 
  • Audio tracking 
  • Multi-device proctoring (candidates should have mobile phone with internet access)
