We require a behavioral exam for most roles in AC Manila regardless of your level or years of experience - except for Consulting roles as well as CPA candidates for Tax and Assurance who are applying for a Senior Analyst level or higher.
If you applied for the same role within the last six months, you are not required to retake the assessment. Please inform the sender to validate your previous results.
However, if you are applying for a different role, you may be required to take a new assessment based on the job requirements.
We encourage all candidates to complete the assessment on time to ensure a smooth application process. However, you may proceed with the initial interview even if your assessment is still pending.
