SV Nathan is the Country Leader for AC India, overseeing business growth and strengthening our capabilities and impact across the PwC Network. With a rich leadership background in diverse sectors, he collaborates with global and local leaders to enhance strategic growth, operational excellence and deeper integration across AC India. Prior to PwC, he co-founded Visara Partners, advising organizations on growth and performance. A TEDx speaker and author of ‘The Heart of Work’, Nathan is known for his storytelling and his popular ‘#OfficeTruths’ series.
Sandhya Nambiar
Deputy Chief People Officer, PwC AC India
Sandhya Nambiar is the Deputy Chief People Officer for AC India, with over 20 years of experience across HR leadership, GCC set-up, and transformation environments. Over the course of her career at PwC, she has led multiple HC Leadership roles. As Deputy CPO, she oversees Talent Consultants across all Lines of Service, deployment teams, talent strategy, the Leadership Coaching CoE, and Talent Acquisition teams. Sandhya is passionate about building an HR function that is business-aligned, insight-driven, and experience-led, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and organizational impact.

In her role as Campus and Advisory Talent Acquisition Leader for PwC AC India, Megha Kapil brings two decades of experience in talent strategy across IT and banking sectors. She excels in strategic sourcing and executive hiring, driving talent and engagement strategies through advanced HR technology frameworks. She is committed to optimizing recruitment processes for quality and diversity while enhancing candidate experience and team capabilities.

Campus Talent Acquisition Leader, PwC AC India
Rahul Bhatia, as the Campus Recruiting Director for AC India, leads initiatives to attract and nurture early talent, building a future-ready workforce. He and his team have thoughtfully designed scalable programs and innovative engagement initiatives from the ground up—such as hackathons, case challenges, whitepaper development, Launchpad learning enablement, Career Discover Forums, internship experiences, Women Leadership and Empowering forums, Veteran Foundation, Faculty Development, and more—that enhance employer branding and strengthen university partnerships. Barsha Sanyal
PwC Global Demand Generation, AC Community and AC India Tax Leader
Barsha Sanyal, Partner at AC India, leads the Tax practice and serves as the Global Demand Leader for the Acceleration Centers. She focuses on growth, delivery excellence and strategic collaboration within the PwC Network, working closely with member firms to align delivery with business priorities and expand capabilities. As AC Community Leader, Barsha champions impactful community engagement across all ACs. In 2010, she helped establish AC Kolkata and has previously served as its General Manager. A Chartered Accountant and executive coach, she is passionate about leadership development, especially for women.
Bindu Sudhir
Advisory Leader, PwC AC India
Bindu Sudhir is a Managing Director leading the Advisory Practice in AC India, PwC Intelligence and Insights factory teams. Her recent efforts focused on expanding the management and strategy consulting team, building a center of excellence with client-ready consultants with deep subject matter expertise, refining the operating model in partnership with US Transformation Platform leadership. With over 20 years of consulting experience, Bindu specializes in advising C-suite executives on operating model transformation, growth, profitability strategy, cost optimization and digital transformation.
Rahul Sood
Assurance Leader, PwC AC India
Rahul Sood is a Partner serving as the AC India Assurance Leader, overseeing the Assurance priorities of the US firm and the PwC network. Since joining PwC in 1991, he has helped build the AC Assurance practice in India as a tech-enabled team focused on the highest standards of quality, integrity and client service. Rahul is a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales) and a CPA (Texas and Illinois), with experience in the UK, US, Russia and the Middle East.
